1. Our industry experts go on-site to assess damages sustained to a building.

2. We document the loss in very detailed, easy-to-read formats with photos and drawings from the roof to the last splash of new paint.

3. YA professionals develop bid packages to solicit contractors' competitive bids for restoring a building. We'll also review and compare bids, helping you qualify the contractor.

4. We specialize in clerk of the works - on-site project monitoring of a selected contractor while renovations are performed.

5. YA teams also provide additional services when disputes arise. These include performing independent appraisals; taking part in arbitration meetings to help forge decisions; and testifying as expert witnesses.
