While none of us like getting to this point, disputes do occur when it comes to rebuilding damaged buildings or homes.

With many years of experience in the construction industry, the YA team is eminently qualified to help settle disputes by providing an impartial and arms-length viewpoint.

It could be that there are widely disparate cost evaluations for repairing a particular home or building. In such cases, we have the knowledge and skills to perform independent evaluations of a loss to help all parties involved come to a compromise settlement.

When the independent appraisal process doesn't work or is skipped, YA team members are adept at arbitration. Bring us in to an arbitration hearing, and we will review all details and information, providing an objective, third-party opinion to make a decision or help negotiate one.

And, if an issue goes to the courts, YA is available to provide expert testimony.
