Upon every site inspection, YA team members immediately evaluate whether a building needs emergency work to prevent further damage.

Next, we completely scrutinize a building when we visit. We are detail crazy, because our reputation is on the line . . .

We visually assess each room, office and/or workspace. We make careful measurements. We log all finishes used, such as carpet, paint and wallpaper. We detail the building's structural condition. We take photographs or create drawings. We determine whether other experts are needed, such as architects or engineers.

This is the most critical phase of the process because an on-site assessment of damages drives all other decisions.

Starting the repair process off on the right foot is critical to ensuring the loss goes smoothly.
