In September 1997, Ray and Linda Young made their dreams come true when they formed YOUNG & Associates, a professional building-consulting company specializing in casualty losses and the settlement of property claims.

The Youngs spent three years helping rebuild Los Angeles after the Northridge earthquake.

Ray and Linda launched YOUNG & Associates (YA) with five clients and three staff members (including themselves).

Customers immediately began hiring YA because they knew and respected the Youngs' performance during the Northridge rebuilding years.

Since that time, Ray and Linda have significantly expanded their business. YOUNG & Associates has grown to include over sixty additional building consultants in key cities across the United States. YA's clients include most of the major property insurance companies and they have managed more than 1,000 projects from coast to coast.
