To assist in establishing repair costs, YA offers bid management services. This service is a three-step process:

1. Based on the loss documentation report, YA prepares a bid package, complete with required scope and specifications to take the building back to its pre-disaster condition. Selected contractors can use the package to develop their bids for the job. We also provide detailed suggestions on how to review competitive bids.

2. YA experts also have the expertise needed to (a) develop detailed construction schedules outlining how "like kind and quality" repairs should be performed; and (b) develop drawings detailing how a site should look upon completion of the job.

3. Lastly, YA experts will review and compare contractor bids to help you determine which company is the best qualified.

Our team specializes in casualty losses and the settlement of property claims.
